Beavers in MK have recently been part of a large superhero virtual camp at home in the county of Buckinghamshire. Presented and broadcasted via Bucks Scout Radio all beavers had the opportunity to take part in some fantastic events.
Over 1000 Beavers from across Bucks and Oxfordshire took part in the event that took place on the weekend of the 6th March.. Activities ranged from arts and crafts, cooking, games, taskmasters, obstacle courses and lots lots more.
All beavers also had the opportunity to build a den and sleep in them overnight Some very brave beavers took to the outdoors in their gardens and slept in tents with family members.
Saturday’s activities were ended with a Big Foot Campfire which we can certainly say have become a bit hit with Beavers and many others across the county.
Lots of great feedback has been provided included this comment from one of many beavers. “Phantom Ninja Dylan has had a fantastic weekend. He has enjoyed every activity. One of his favourite was making the jet pack. Thank you so much to everyone who gave up their time to make it happen. He can’t wait to go on a camp away from home”
