1st Wolverton Cubs have been working towards their disability awareness badge this week. Taking part in lots of discussions watching para-olympics, and also looking at the local surroundings to see how accessible it would be to a person that has a disability.
To really test their abilities they were challenged to write their name with their foot. This was an interesting activity and not many managed to write anything thing near their name. This did not matter though as they really got the feel for what it would be like to use other parts of their bodies to help them.
