Beavers from across MK have recently taken over Safari MK (Soft Play) for their annual sleepover. Over 100 Beavers took part in the event which has bee a firm favourite in the list of activities for many years.

Beavers came far and wide from 1st Crownhill, Saints, Great Linford, 3rd Newport, 1st Wolverton, Two Mile Ash and Great Holm 1st Olney and 1st Middleton

Barbara Smith (Lead Volunteer for Beavers) said : “Its great to be back, we have not been able to hold this event for a few years now and I know how popular it is with the Beavers (and Leaders). Safari MK have been very accommodating as always and I would like to say a huge thank you to the team that helped to make it happen. Feeling a bit sleep deprived but I am so pleased that we have been able to run this event again and seeing the Beavers having a good time makes this all worthwhile

Special mention to William from 1st Wolverton who was invested on the evening. They always say you remember where you was invested and I am sure William will remember this for years to come.

The evening included some party dances with Charlie who was being very cheeky on the night and not doing what he was told.

Here are some photos from the event.
