We have some great news! The Milton Keynes District Scout night hike will be held on the 25th & 26th of February 2023, it would be great to see lots of teams out on the walk, so the support of all groups would be massively appreciated.

To simplify things a little, we will be running just one route. This will be about 6 miles long and each team will be shadowed by members of the Milton Keynes Explorers and Network units.

If you have any leaders available that would like to help out, we need assistance running bases and checkpoints - please let us know your availability when booking in YP's teams. Your assistance in this is greatly appreciated.

As this is a challenge hike with a trophy at the end, we will not be supplying the route beforehand, but it has been walked &checked numerous times by the team.

We will supply the Risk Assessment and payment details and general Information nearer the time.

Teams are to be made up of between 3 and 5 Scouts between the ages of 10.5 and 14 on the day of the event.

The cost of this event will be £50 per team, this is to cover the cost of hiring a hall, food, minibuses etc.

At this stage, we are just collecting numbers - please email us with Group name, number of teams and number of adults supporting from your group. Once you have done this, we shall send medical and permission forms etc.
