If you attended the All-Hands webinar, or have managed to find time to read your HQ emails recently, you should be aware that the rules and FormNAN have been updated as part of the Jan POR changes.

As a result of the changes to the Nights Away Notification process, it's now an explicit Nights Away Notification & Approval Process so, FormNANA.

As far as Milton Keynes NAN process goes, nothing much really changes.

1. You Organise your event.
2. You submit your FormNANA online a minimum of 7 days before you go camping.
3. The Nights Away Team (Annette and cover) review your NANA, check DBS etc that is done as it was before January.
4. Nights Away Team sends you comms that you're good to camp.
5. You have a fabulous time camping, and want to go again soon.

With the changes required to the online FormNANA, we've taken the opportunity to move the form to the main MKScouts website. We will migrate your previous NANs manually over the coming months, so you can maintain your records.

We'll also be building up the Nights Away website section content, to support those with permits getting renewals, or those wanting to get a permit in the future.
