Climbing wall
The climbing wall is 10 metres high constructed on the top section of an electricity pillon. There are 2 faces for general climbing with a third face in development.
As the wall is outdoors climbing is weather dependant. Evening sessions are available from Spring Half Term to October due to light levels. The wall is closed from November to March due winter weather conditions.
The wall comes with all the safety equipment and ropes.
The instructor(s) must hold the appropriate authorization.
One additional adult from your group is needed to supervise the children not engaged on the activity.
The climbing wall is approved for use by Girl Guiding UK and GG Level 1 Instructors are available.
Session lengths 1 hour up to 8 climbers, 1.5 hours up to 12 climbers.
Suitable footwear must be worn, and long hair must be tied back.
Air rifle shooting
Air-rifle Shooting is carried out in our purpose built indoor range. 4 Air-Rifles, pellets and targets are provided. One instructor and another adult are required for a group of up to 12 people per session.
Instructors must have the NSRA Youth Proficiency Certificate.
One additional adult from your group is needed to supervise the children not engaged on the activity.
Written parental consent is required for each session for participants under the age of 18.

Sessions are bookable in 1 hour, maximum group size 12 per hour.
Permission to Shoot Forms MUST be completed.
Archery
Archery is weather and light dependant therefore closed between Autumn Half Term and Spring Half Term.
Archery takes place in our outdoor range, enclosed by wooden walls and a safety catch net. One instructor is required for a group of up to 12 people per session.
Instructors must have the GNAS Leader qualification, the Archery GB Instructor Award or The Scout Archery Permit.
One additional adult from your group is needed to supervise the children not engaged on the activity.

Long sleeves and suitable footwear must be worn, and long hair must be tied back.
Caving experience
This activity takes place in our purpose built tunnelling system. The pipes are above ground and connect to a number of themed pods. There are 2 routes from the start hut with several different routes around the system. There are emergency access points on most pods.
This is a self lead activity. It is recommend that at least 2 leaders to help put the safety kit on the participates up.
Participants should wear old clothes with long sleeves and long trousers legs.
Helmets with head torches, and elbow & knee pads are supplied.
Sessions are bookable in 1 hour slots, maximum 12 per hour.

- BBQ & picnic area ‘The Corral’, an ideal location to host small gatherings.
- Hiawatha’s gift & tuck shop is available for Saturday bookings.
- Reflection area situated just behind the large campfire circle provides an area for quiet reflection. Bookable in 1 hour slots.
