MK District held there Selection weekend for World Scout Jamboree in 2019 which will be in West Virginia and Kandersteg International Experience. The weekend started from Friday 3rd to Sunday 5th November.
Friday began with a hike from Herons Lodge to Quarries Scout Campsite where they needed to pitch their tents on arrival and the weekend unfolded to be a very successful one. 34 young people (Scouts and Explorers) attended the event and did challenges around the Scout Law.
All of the YP had an awesome time and from the comments, we heard over the weekend they got a lot of experience from it.
