High Ash Scout Group were involved in organising the Jubilee celebrations for the village of Stoke Hammond. Working closely with the sports centre they organised many fun and exciting games.
This event was open to the whole family and was set up as a sports day event and the idea was to earn point from each activity and see who would be crowned the winner, Some competitive family members really were out for the win.
Lots of the old traditions were bought out including splat the rat, coconut shy and also welly throwing.
Great day was had by all and celebrations went on long into the evening with a hog roast and evening entertainment.
