Scouts and Explorers from Milton Keynes joined 600 other scouters from across Bucks on the Endurance challenge last weekend.
The older groups started and finished in Great Missenden for the 40km hike for Scouts (boys and girls aged 10 to 14), Explorer Scouts (14 to 17) and the adult volunteers (18+). Trekking through mud, slippery ground and many puddles.
MK Explorers have taken on many training events prior to the event to ensure that they are ready and this really paid off as they managed to conquer the course in 9 hours 33 minutes.
Huge well done to all the scouters that took part and this includes our team from Loughton and also Network MK who completed the course in 7 hours and 38 minutes.
