As of the 31^st of March, I will be stepping down as District Youth Commissioner. I am entirely grateful for the opportunities this role has given me over the last two years. Being the first District Youth Commissioner in Milton Keynes, I aimed to create a voice for you shape scouting and lay the foundations for the future youth commissioners after me, both of which I believe I have achieved.

I have loved working with all of the sections and groups, especially during the most difficult time we have faced in scouting with the pandemic. My highlights include running an online camp for all sections during COVID-19, supporting the Cub and Scout sections while the ADC team found their feet and handing over the baton to our new ADC Cub team, handing out numerous chief scout awards throughout the pandemic and running you shape sessions focusing on the new you shape award.
